About this Trek
The 3-Day, 2-Night Sembalun to Torean program is rapidly becoming the most sought-after route for adventurous trekkers. It combines the classic, challenging ascent to the Rinjani Summit via the Sembalun savanna with a breathtaking descent through the Torean gorge—a trail originally used by local pilgrims. The Torean route unveils a completely different, mystical side of the mountain, characterized by towering green cliffs, plunging waterfalls, and thermal rivers. This is a physically demanding adventure that offers the most diverse and stunning natural landscapes in Indonesia.

Tour Itinerary
Your adventure begins with a 7:00 AM wake-up call and breakfast. Afterward, we head to the Rinjani Information Center in Sembalun for your mandatory registration.
At 8:00 AM, we officially start the trek from Sembalun Village. The journey begins with a gentle climb through vast, open meadows with stunning mountain backdrops. After about two hours, we reach Pos 1 (1,300m), followed by a 40-minute walk to Pos 2 (1,500m). We continue to Pos 3 (1,800m), where our team will prepare a hearty lunch. After resting, we tackle the most demanding section of the day: a prolonged, steep three-hour climb to the Sembalun Crater Rim (2,639m). We will set up camp here for the night, allowing you to relax and enjoy magnificent sunset and sunrise views over the crater.
