By accessing our website and booking any trekking or tour services through us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit payment and send you an official confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information required for permits and registrations.

2. Payment Policy

A 30%–50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Full payment must be completed before the trip departure date unless otherwise agreed.
Payments can be made via:
- Bank Transfer
- Wise / International Transfer
- Cash payment (upon arrival if approved)

Any transfer fees charged by banks or payment providers are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer Cancellation

More than 30 days before departure: Deposit refundable minus administration fee
15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of deposit
Less than 14 days before departure: No refund

Operator Cancellation

Rinjani Crew reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to:

Extreme weather conditions
National park closure
Natural disasters
Government regulations
Safety concerns

In such cases, customers may choose:

Full refund
Reschedule to another available date

4. Rescheduling

Trip rescheduling is allowed subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days before departure.

5. Health & Fitness Requirements

Participants must:

Be physically fit for trekking activities
Inform us of any medical conditions before departure
Follow the guide’s instructions at all times

Rinjani Crew reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest is deemed physically unfit for safety reasons.

6. Weather & Itinerary Changes

All itineraries are subject to change due to:

Weather conditions
Trail conditions
National park regulations
Safety considerations

Our guides have full authority to adjust routes or schedules to ensure participant safety.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Rinjani Crew acts as a trekking operator and guide service provider. While we prioritize safety, participation in trekking activities involves inherent risks.

We are not responsible for:

Personal injury caused by participant negligence
Loss or damage of personal belongings
Delays caused by weather, transportation issues, or force majeure

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all participants obtain personal travel insurance covering:

Trekking activities
Medical emergencies
Trip cancellation
Evacuation costs

9. Environmental Responsibility

All participants must respect Mount Rinjani National Park regulations, including:

No littering
No damage to nature
Following Leave No Trace principles

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the trip without refund.

10. Photography & Media

Rinjani Crew may use photos or videos taken during trips for promotional purposes unless the participant requests otherwise in writing before departure.

11. Privacy Policy

All customer information submitted through our website is kept confidential and used solely for:

Booking processing
Permit registration
Customer communication

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where required for trip operations.

12. Governing Law
